We chose Chiapas, Mexico as our first place to provide artisans with jobs on low season after the 2017 Mexico earthquakes. Here we worked with With Josefina, Erica, Susana, Claudia, Dominga and Rosa. We then traveled to Veracruz, Mexico (where our founder´s home is) to work with artisans on the second part of our collection where we worked with Edmunda and Erika.
Claudia was the first artisan to join our project and invited her sister and mom to redesign for PLF too!

Sisters Susana & Claudia #remadeyourclothes. They laugh non stop, love to sing to country music and are natural business women. They´re 24 and 25 years old and hope to go back to school to be able to get a good paying job. They take care of their mom´s business and are always embroidering and making clothes.
